rust treatment

This is the rusty rear end after using napa rust treatment (item 765-1232) Before the treatment it was a rusty bright orange.

I used the brush on here. (there is also a spray on can) I was worried about the paint strokes and wiped off some excess in the center. I think that is why it is spotty in the center. It goes on a creamy white like milk.



below I used the same product on my post pounder. Must be a different type of metal in the center tube. you can still see the brush strokes on that part.


note, I used a wire brush on the rear end, but just painted on the treatment to the post pounder.
